Candidate information including name, contact details, resume/CV, and professional history.
Employee information such as identification details, job role, and performance metrics.
Employer or client data including company details and contact information.

Automatically Collected Data:

IP addresses, browser type, and device information.
Usage data, interaction logs, and platform analytics.
AI interaction data including voice transcripts, video interaction analytics, and assessment metrics.

To facilitate recruitment processes, including automated screening, candidate evaluation, and scheduling.
To enhance and improve our services, platform performance, and user-facing features through analytics and operational insights. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing functionality and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

9. Google API Services Data Usage

Evality.ai allows users to connect their Google account to enable communication workflows.

Google Data We Access

Depending on the features enabled by the user, Evality.ai may request access to:

Google Account Profile Information (userinfo.profile).
Google Account Email Address (userinfo.email).
Gmail Send Permissions (gmail.send).

How We Use Google User Data

Evality.ai does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Google user data is accessed solely to provide user-requested functionality within Evality.ai, including:

Authenticating users and managing account access.
Identifying connected Google accounts.
Sending emails on behalf of users when users explicitly initiate or approve email communication.

Google user data is never accessed for purposes unrelated to providing the application's functionality.

Limited Use Compliance

Evality.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Evality.ai:

Does not sell Google user data.
Does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Does not use Google user data to build advertising profiles.
Does not allow humans to read Google user data except:
- When required for security purposes.
- To comply with applicable law.
- With the user's explicit consent.
- For limited internal operations necessary to provide and maintain the service.

Sharing and Disclosure

Google user data is not shared with third parties except:

When required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
To protect the security, rights, and integrity of Evality.ai and its users.
When necessary to provide and maintain the service, comply with applicable laws, or with the user's explicit consent, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Data Retention

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide requested services, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, and protect platform security. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are securely stored and removed when users disconnect their Google account or request deletion.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of Google-connected data by:

Disconnecting their Google account from Evality.ai.
Contacting business@evality.ai.

Upon a verified deletion request, Google user data and associated OAuth credentials will be deleted from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate security obligations.

Evality may conduct cross-border data transfers. We adhere to international data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA, and implement appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data.
